We appreciated this hotel's views and staff. Located in a shopping area. A great selection of options for breakfast in the bar. Can be described as a STELLAR experience, recommend.

The location was 1 mile to lake lugano. Near to monte san salvatore, 15 minutes' walk to Lugano-Paradiso train station. For dinner we visited bar palace dock, set only 500 ft away...
